Yo Rule

During November Mickey Davidow will be giving a further series of lectures on the Yo Rule. The Yo Rule is a series of principles applicable to all martial art movement that greatly increases their efficiency and the practitioners understanding. An understanding of the Yo Rule is an essential aspect of advanced grading and training in Fanchento. Mickey will be assisted in his presentation by Bandile.
